The platform is available as desktop version now, offering all key information in one place – for a truly successful trade fair experience.

The SMM app is expected to be available in the app stores from the end of July – offering all the features of SMM Connect, anytime, anywhere.

How access works

Who has access to SMM Connect?

  • Company contacts listed in “My Portal”
  • Exhibitors with a valid exhibitor pass (including access to the platform)
  • Trade visitors with a valid ticket

To log in to SMM Connect, please use the email address registered in My Portal or the one you provided when collecting your exhibitor pass or purchasing your ticket.

Lead generation & qualification

  • All interactions – badge scans, contact requests, appointment bookings – are recorded centrally.

  • With Lead Scan Team and Lead Scan Plus, you can collect leads, add notes and qualify contacts together.
