Your guests can redeem the codes once in the SMM Ticket Shop for a free 1-Day Ticket.

Your advantage: After the trade fair, you will only be charged for the guests who have actually attended at a net price of just 29.41 euros each.

With voucher codes, you can offer your guests reduced admission.

Voucher codes are free of charge for exhibitors.

 

Tip: A lot goes a long way!

Free invitations naturally have a high appeal, with experience showing that the redemption rate is 25% on average. So in order to have 100 visitors at your stand, it is advisable to send out around 400 invitations.

The positive thing about this is that you can also achieve a broad advertising effect for your company by sending out invitations.

Warning about dubious address brokers

Dubious companies are currently trying to sell exhibitor and visitor lists at our trade fairs as well as entries in trade fair directories. Sometimes the logos of our events are even used illegally.

Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) never passes on its exhibitor and visitor contact lists to third parties without express consent and has no business relationship whatsoever with these providers.

Watch out for untrustworthy exhibitor directory offers

We are currently observing that more and more letters are being sent to our exhibitors from publishers of unofficial exhibitor directories offering entries in these sub-standard online directories. However, the letters hide long-term payment obligations in the small print. Don't be irritated by this and do not reply to these letters.
