The platform runs on desktop and smartphones, the app is available free of charge in the App Store and Google Play Store.
Log in to the Networking Platform entering the e-mail address that was assigned to your ticket in the ticket shop or via the Magic Link that you received by e-mail after purchasing your ticket. Now create a password and you’re ready to go.
Special features for exhibitors
Digital company profile
All exhibitors receive their own company profile in the networking platform, which is automatically filled out with the information you provided when registering. They will also be displayed on the virtual hall plan, making it even easier for visitors to find their way to your trade fair stand.
Data analysis and reporting
You receive detailed analyzes and reports about the behavior of visitors to your stand. This includes metrics such as the number of visits, interactions with the materials provided and the most popular products or services.
Data analysis helps you understand visitor feedback and optimize your strategy for future trade fairs. This leads to better preparation and targeting of your target audience’s needs.

Your profile in the Networking Platform is linked to the purchase of a ticket for SMM 2024 via our ticket shop. Please log in to the Networking Platform using the email address that was assigned to your ticket in the ticket shop.

You can update your company profile in the Neureuter Fair Media Shop. Here's how to access it:
- Log in to the Online Service Center (OSC)
- Click on "Book services"
- Select "Online-Shop for Media"
- Click on "Media Entries"
- Click on "Exhibitor, logo & brand presentation"
- Click on the pencil icon to edit your profile elements
Note: When accessing the media shop this way, you're automatically logged in to Neureuter Fair Media.

Are there any costs for using the app or networking platform before, during or after the trade fair?
No, the networking platform is completely free for all participants at SMM 2024 and can be used free of charge until the end of October.
