No, the networking platform is completely free for all participants at SMM Hamburg 2024 and can be used free of charge until the end of October.

The language version of the app depends on the operating system setting. The languages ​​English and German are currently available.

Swapcard is an event management and networking platform that enables organizers to plan and execute virtual, hybrid and physical events. The platform offers features such as attendee registration, networking tools, appointment scheduling, real-time interaction, exhibitor and sponsor management, and detailed analytics and reports.

Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) has chosen Swapcard as its networking platform. This partnership enables HMC to digitally expand its events and provide a seamless and interactive experience for its exhibitors and visitors. By using Swapcard, HMC can integrate both physical and virtual elements into its trade fairs and congresses, increasing the reach and added value of its events.
