The open and covered spaces of the Open-air site that surrounds the A and B halls offer visitors a variety of special places to go on their way through SMM. These include food trucks and outdoor catering options such as a beach bar and beer garden, as well as highly visible company stands, which provide space for the presentation of particularly large exhibits or for expansive live demonstrations.

Use our open-air attraction areas as an eye-catching location for your trade fair presentation or as a satellite to your stand in one of the halls. With a participation fee of just EUR 235.00 per sq. m (minimum area 20 sq. m), you can secure a presence on the open-air site in the centre of the action and away from the crowds.

Depending on your space requirements, we can provide you with tried-and-tested stand construction solutions for outdoor areas, such as practical modular box systems and event containers, and advise you on the choice of space.
