With the Exhibitor Ticket Shop, our exhibitors can conveniently order and manage their invitations and exhibitor passes online and have full access to them anytime and anywhere
Generate more leads – the easy and efficient way
Nourish existing customer relationships, generate leads, or simply order exhibitor ID cards: The Exhibitor Ticketshop lets exhibitors find out ahead of time how many of their invitations have had positive responses, and plan visitor capacity for their exhibition stand.
There are two ways you can invite your customers to the fair:
- Voucher code for a reduced admission price (1-day ticket): Invite your customers to your stand and enable your business partner to purchase a ticket at a reduced cost of €30 instead of €42. As an exhibitor, you will not incur any costs.
Here you will find a wording suggestion for your customers.
- Invitation with which the customer can enter free of charge (1-day ticket): You enable particularly important business partners to enter the trade fair free of charge. As an exhibitor, you bear the costs, only for redeemed invitations, at a particularly reduced preferential price of €25 instead of €42.
With both types of invitation you are NOT limited in the order quantity. Take the opportunity to invite your customers; in the most favorable case without burdening your trade fair budget. Increase the success of your trade fair participation.
Never again without a badge
Order, manage and send all exhibitor passes for stand personnel in the Exhibitor Ticket Shop and save your own e-exhibitor pass on your mobile device.
Your visitor planning centre
It is your faithful assistant and planning tool: With more than 100,000 online users and a high print circulation, it gives exhibitors coverage and visibility, both before and during the event. As an exhibitor at SMM your package includes assignment to one product/service category, as well as one tag, five free search terms, a comprehensive company profile including contact information and your expo stand number, plus two detailed product descriptions.

Providing a personalised trade fair experience for visitors, and comprehensive information for exhibitors, Hamburg Messe’s Online Matchmaking service gives visitors personalised recommendations while helping exhibitors obtain more information about their leads, both during and after the event.
