In order to meet the growing demand for skilled labour and attract more talent to the industry, SMM is doubling the duration of the Maritime Career Market (MCM) to two days.

Located on the upper floor of hall B2, it offers universities, colleges and further education institutions as well as organisations and companies a unique platform for informing young talent and recruiting professionals.

In addition to discussions at the stands, popular networking formats such as "Wine o'clock" and the MCM Networking Evening on 5 September provide additional opportunities to make contacts.

In the immediate vicinity of the MCM, the Career Forum offers an additional setting in which you can get information about interesting job and career profiles, apprenticeships as well as training and study programmes. On Thursday and Friday, SMM allows all pupils and students as well as teachers free admission to SMM.
